Navette et bateau pour Tortuguero

Hello,

We booked a stay from July 16 to July 18, 2020 to Tortuguero
On July 16, we will take your shuttle from San José, and on July 18 we will take our rental car to Guapiles.
But on reading the informations package on the stay, we noticed that on the boat and in the shuttle we can only come with suitcases of about 12 kg per person. The problem is how we are going to do since we are doing a circuit and do not return to San José after Tortuguero.
Some of our suitcases will probably weigh 21 kg.

How will it be if we can't get on with our suitcases?

Does anyone have any information or advice to give me?
